"An Ordinance (No.43 of 1912) fer effesting the final revisien and amendment or the Ordinances of the Celony from 1844 tə

1912 inclusive before incorporating them in the New Revised Edition of the Laws of the Colony.

1. This is a formal Ordinance and is the last of the Ordi-

nañées necessary in the preparation of the New Revised Edition of the Ordinances of the Colony, although it is still possible to correct further defeets by Supplementary Schedulé (vide section 6).

2. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Ixcellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majes- ty and on His Behalf.
